This is Steven Byrd. He works in our art setup department, reformatting custom jersey and uniform designs for our state-of-the-art sublimation printers. Just as important, he is our inspiration to find new ways to be environmentally sustainable. All those old work orders and email print outs that fill our recycling bin every week? He shreds them for garden compost. All that bottled water we drink at the factory? He collects the plastic bottles and delivers them weekly to our city’s recycling facility. Steven even finds a way to reuse the bane of the environment, styrofoam cups, plates and food containers. He washes and shreds them for reuse as packing material. Mother Earth would be proud.

We aspire to be more like Steven, which is why we’ve added two new high-performance fabrics to our offering, each using REPREVE recycled fibers from Unifi, another innovative North Carolina company.
